Oh my oh my are we glad to give this to you.

It almost didn’t happen, you know. We weren’t sure if a Volume 4 should exist. Then, our minds/hearts were changed. We’re beyond pleased to give you Love, Everyday Joe’s | Vol. 4: We Have A Strong City.

In the past, this has been used as a fundraiser to help pay our music licensing fees. This year, donations will be directed back to the musicians who donated songs…all 14 of them. They are: Candy Claws, Aaron Espe, Jessica Sonner, Ask You In Gray, Aaron Strumpel, The Sunshine House, Lifeboat Etiquette, Luke Flowers, The Blackthorn Project, Danielle Ate The Sandwich, Paper Bird, Dan Craig, You Me & Apollo, and Baily Stauffer & The Katy Janes.

It’s a large handful of the musicians who have helped shape this place. Please support them, read a little bit more about this year’s compilation, and download the tunes. You can do all that by clicking on the cover art below. Have a good listen!

Your digital Santa Claus has arrived. The third installment of our annual compilation CD – Love, Everyday Joe’s - is now available for FREE DOWNLOAD. Not for a limited time, mind you, but for always. Our gift to you for being the community and family that we love to bits.

Bands with many members have become more commonplace these days. Usually these bands and their many members make tunes that could be described as dramatic or theatric.

Then there is Paper Bird. It seems to me they are concerned with two things: making nice sounding music and having a nice time. What’s more, they’ll be playing at Everyday Joe’s October 30 & 31. 6:30 pm. $10 adv/$12 door

Do yourself and your ears a favor and have a listen to “Lullaby” by Paper Bird. Then, do yourself another favor and buy tickets to one or both (best way to go) of the shows.

I have been withholding this news from you for some time now. I have learned not to speak of things until they are certainty. This is a certainty.

Everyday Joe’s is pleased, excited, and honored to announce that Paper Bird will play from the stage at 144 S. Mason for two nights: October 30th & 31st, 2009. I can’t think of a better way to spend Halloween or Halloween Eve, can you?

Single night tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door and are on sale now at Everyday Joe’s or online here. Show time both nights is 7 pm, and what are sure to be very exciting opening acts will be announced soon.
